We have been involved in the proposed collective / en-bloc sale of: Braddell View (918 units), People’s Park Centre (701 units), Pine Grove (660 units), Ivory Heights (654 units), SimsVille (522 units), Ridgewood Condominium (470 units), Park West Condominium (436 units), Central Green Condominium (412 units), Bedok Court (280 units), Harbourlights Condominium (139 units), Wing Fong Mansion (130 units), Wintech Centre (104 units), Wing Fong Court (88 units), Pemimpin Industrial Building (54 units), Kembangan Plaza (47 units), Tanah Merah Mansion (36 units), Camellia Lodge (32 units), Sixth Avenue (25 units), Gilstead Mansion (24 units), and Cosy Lodge (14 units).

We successfully completed the en-bloc sale of Nassim Park (104 units), Regent Garden (31 units), Bright Apartments (20 units), Sims Mansion (12 units) and St. Michael’s estate, and the termination of the strata title scheme at a development at Lorong L Telok Kurau, Singapore.

We represented one or more of the minority owners in the proposed en-bloc sale of Koon Seng House, Eng Cheong Towers, Regent Court. We were involved in the privatisation of Laguna Park (528 units), the intended privatisation and en-bloc sale of Townhouse Apartments (48 units), and the proposed privatisation and en-bloc sale of Neptune Court (752 units).
