A housewife has won a High Court bid to use her daughter’s share from the sale of their $4.3 million flat to settle outstanding mortgage loans. A court order issued made clear that money from the sale be shared equally between Madam S. Mira, 63, and daughter Susan Tsai, 43 — who allegedly look out loans to buy other condo units.
